Very clear and spicy on the nose, fine slate aromas. Filigree, sensitive, playful, cool mineral and spicy on the palate. Very clear and fine fruit aromas, slate dusty and herbal, very delicate and pure. Typical, classic Mosel Riesling.
Vinification
The grapes were harvested in October, gently ground and briefly macerated on the aromatic and mineral-rich berry skins. The must was then fermented spontaneously, slowly and coolly, so that the multi-layered, fruity aroma of the wine could fully express itself. A gentle expansion in stainless steel tanks and partly in large wooden barrels, with long storage on the fine lees, followed after fermentation.
