Clear, cool, fine and "typical Riesling" on the nose. Surprisingly dense and aromatic on the palate. An animating Riesling, which clearly reveals its mineral finesse only in the aftertaste.
The grapes were harvested in October, gently ground and briefly macerated on the aromatic and mineral-rich berry skins. The must was then fermented spontaneously, slowly and coolly, so that the multi-layered, fruity aroma of the wine could fully express itself. A gentle expansion in stainless steel tanks and partly in large wooden barrels, with long storage on the fine lees, followed after fermentation.
