The name Resi hints at the varieties in this eccentric and forward-looking wine. The fresh floral wine is made mostly (80%) from the fungus RESIstant grape varieties Bronner and Souvignier Gris.
These varieties have a natural resistance to fungal diseases and require almost no pesticides, which is why this viticulture is considered the most sustainable and forward-looking. The remaining 20% consists of biological grown grapes from high altitude vineyards, which give the wine seductive floral notes. With this wine, Cantina Kurtatsch promotes sustainable viticulture and thus generates long-term added value for its members in the same named village.
