Grape Variety: Glera

Pleasant and long-lasting, this Brut sparkling wine is a dry wine and perfectly versatile throughout the meal. It combines with refinement with white meat dishes, but also with fish or delicate vegetarian recipes.

Straw yellow colour. Fine and persistent perlage. Abundant foam. Fruity scent. Dry taste. Store in a cool and airy environment with the bottle always in a vertical position.

Residual sugars 11 g/l

Serve in a Bucket with ice or a temperature of 4 – 6° C.

Ideal as an aperitif.
