Completely healthy and strictly selected Riesling grapes from the Wehlener Sonnenuhr, Bernkasteler Lay and Graacher Himmelreich sites form the base wine for this top-class Riesling sparkling wine. It remains in traditional bottle fermentation on the yeast for 16 years before it is finally disgorged and corked without dosage on 10/25/2022. It impresses with an ultra-fine perlage, ripe fruit and a creamy, long aftertaste of brioche and bread crust.
