Josuè is a blend of Nero d'Avola (50%) and Merlot (50%). Dark red, slightly purple on the rim. Elegant, many impressions of sun-ripened fruit, such as blueberries, strawberries and cherries. Silky, ripe fruit aromas of black currants, blueberries and soft spicy aromas of herbs and vanilla notes . Exceptional long aftertaste. It is aged for 9 months in the best French oak barrels.
Ideally paired with any dishes of Italian cuisine, pasta dishes, red meat or game.
