Harvest: September Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested and partially (10 %) picked up later than the normal to obtain the typical sensation of the late harvested wine. Fermentation: About 6 days of cold maceration at 0°- 4°C and 16 days of fermentation (with selected autochthonous yeasts) at 24-26°C. Colour: Deep ruby red. Nose: Moka and pepper intense sensations accompanied with a fresh nose of red fruits as plums, blueberries and raspberries. Palate: Immediately elegant and silky, with a full body and harmonic tannins that sustain the powerful structure never disharmonious.
Aging: 24 months in 225 lt french oak barrels and the rest of the time in bottle.

Alcohol: 14,5% Content: 750ml
Suggested serving: Aged cheese, game and red meat.
