Asonia is a stubborn wine, which brings with it the passion, determination and character of the woman from whom it takes its name. Elegance stands out both in the aesthetics of the bottle - from the dress to the label which refers to a feminine world of times gone by - and in the texture. Asonia is in fact a wine with a beautiful consistency, coming from pure Malvasia di Candia grapes grown on red soils of volcanic origin. Intense nose of tropical fruit, winter melon, wild flowers, bread crust and slightly spicy on an iodized background. In the mouth it is fresh and tasty, with a creamy foam and excellent fruity and saline persistence.
