Our Cuvée AMOS showcases the terroir potential of the higher elevation Kurtatsch vineyards. AMOS is created from the best white grapes from the coolest vineyards between 600 - 900 m a. s.l.. Exactly this interplay of varieties and locations makes AMOS so original in character and style. To preserve its mountain freshness, we abstained from using barriques. Long ageing on the fine lees in large wooden barrels adds complexity. Neutral Burgundy varieties constitute the compact foundation (70%) while Riesling and Sauvignon give the wine its seductive bouquet of white peach, apricot, flowers and citrus fruits. This results in a multilayered, incomparable blend.
