This Spätlese is delicate and discreet, and the aromatic palette is impressive, mixing white-fleshed fruits first off and then a honeyish aspect combined with a luxuriant floral bouquet! The balance is in keeping with Mr Molitor's reputation, and the finish succeeds in taking us aback as it lines up all its aromas, one after the other...
